Warren Row Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Epic Sudoku mobile game for Android.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Epic Sudoku may process, how that information is used, and the choices available to users and parents or guardians.
Epic Sudoku is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. Epic Sudoku does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

Epic Sudoku may request or use the following permissions or device capabilities, depending on the features used and the Android version:
Used for Google Play Billing and related Google Play services. Epic Sudoku does not use internet access to operate a Warren Row Games user account system or independent analytics service.
Used to check whether network connectivity is available for billing or platform-service operations.
Used only if the user enables optional reminders, such as daily challenge reminders. Notification permissions can be managed through Android device settings.

Epic Sudoku does not currently operate its own user account database.
Locally stored Epic Sudoku data can be deleted by clearing the app’s storage through Android device settings or by uninstalling the app.
If Google Play Billing or other Google Play services are used, some purchase or platform-related information may be managed by Google. Relevant Google account, Google Play, and purchase settings can be managed through Google.

We retain no direct server-side user account database for Epic Sudoku at this time.
Locally stored data remains on the user’s device until it is removed, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
Where Google Play Billing, Google Play services, or Android platform services are used, retention may be governed by Google’s systems and policies.
We take reasonable steps to keep Epic Sudoku secure and to minimise unnecessary data collection. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Epic Sudoku stores gameplay and puzzle data locally on the user’s device and does not currently operate a separate Warren Row Games server for user accounts, analytics profiles, or gameplay history.
If Epic Sudoku introduces advertising, analytics, cloud accounts, online profiles, community features, or other data-connected features in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the related data handling and control options.
Epic Sudoku may rely on third-party services provided by Google and the Android platform. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.
