Last updated: 7 June 2026

Warren Row Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Epic Blocks mobile game for Android.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Epic Blocks may collect, how that information is used, and the choices available to users and parents or guardians.

Epic Blocks is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. Epic Blocks does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs.

1. Information We Collect

Epic Blocks may process limited information depending on the features used.

a. Gameplay and app data

Epic Blocks may store gameplay-related information, including:

b. Google Play Games Services data

If Google Play Games Services are available and enabled, or if the user chooses to sign in with Google Play Games Services, Google may provide functionality related to:

This information is handled in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies and the user’s Google account settings.

Where Epic Blocks opens Google Play Games leaderboard or achievement interfaces, public player names and related profile identity elements may be displayed through Google’s systems rather than an Epic Blocks-operated identity service.

c. Device and technical data

Epic Blocks and the Google Play or Android platform services used with the app may process limited technical data, such as:

2. How We Use Information

We use information processed by Epic Blocks to:

3. Data Storage

Local storage

Epic Blocks may store gameplay-related information locally on the user’s device, including:

Cloud or third-party platform storage

If Google Play Games features are enabled or used, certain data may be stored or processed by Google through Google Play Games Services.

Cloud save or sync features, where available, may depend on Google Play Games Services and the user’s Google account settings. Some gameplay data may remain stored only on the user’s device.

Epic Blocks does not currently operate its own dedicated external user account system or independent cloud backend.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

Epic Blocks does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs.

We may share or allow processing of limited data only where necessary to provide app functionality through third-party platform services, such as:

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Epic Blocks does not currently run its own public username platform for players. If public names are shown through Google Play Games, those names are generally governed by Google’s account and platform systems.

5. Children’s Privacy

Epic Blocks may be played by children, but Epic Blocks is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Epic Blocks does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs and does not operate its own user account, chat, messaging, or public profile system.

Some optional platform features, such as Google Play Games Services, may be managed by Google and may depend on the user’s Google account, device settings, parental controls, and Google Play settings.

Parents or guardians can help manage a child’s experience by:

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us at privacy@warrenrow.com and we will review the request.

6. Your Choices

Users, parents, or guardians may:

Please note that removing app data or uninstalling the app may delete locally stored game progress unless it has been backed up through platform services.

7. Data Deletion

Epic Blocks does not currently operate its own user account database.

Locally stored Epic Blocks data can be deleted by clearing the app’s storage through Android device settings or by uninstalling the app.

If Google Play Games Services are used, some data associated with achievements, leaderboards, saved games, or the user’s Google Play Games profile may be managed by Google. Relevant Google account and Play Games settings can be managed through Google.

Privacy-related questions or deletion requests can also be sent to:

privacy@warrenrow.com

8. Data Retention

We retain no direct server-side user account database for Epic Blocks at this time.

Locally stored data remains on the user’s device until it is removed, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.

Where Google Play Games or Google Play services are used, retention may be governed by Google’s systems and policies.

9. Security and Public Player Names

We take reasonable steps to keep Epic Blocks secure and to minimise unnecessary data collection. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Epic Blocks does not currently operate its own public player-name system. Where public player names or profile information appear through Google Play Games Services, those details are generally managed through Google’s systems and account settings.

If Epic Blocks introduces its own public naming, profile, community, advertising, analytics, or account features in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the related data handling, moderation, reporting, and control options.

10. Third-Party Services

Epic Blocks may rely on third-party services provided by Google and the Android platform. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.
